Overall - enchanting place with supper friendly staff who offered vegan option upon request. A lot of food at the reasonable breakfast. Terrific, bright rooms provided with a single bed and large bathroom. Only 5 minutes walk from Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station.

The double room offered a spacious bed with multi-channel TV, a seating area, and a writing desk.

Lovely location, a bus station was in front of the hotel. I asked for guest room and it was brand-new with 4 beds.

The breakfast was varied and rich. A good position near a Rewe store and about 15 minutes from Dom (city center) if you go through a small railway station. Good password-protected wi-fi.

Almost all the time the 20 parking spaces were occupied by official cars of bag (Bundesamt für Güterverkehr = Federal Office for Goods Transport). The fan in the bathroom worked sporadically and the bathroom door did not stay closed only locked. The room carpet was very old.

A great place to stay for several nights. The most helpful staff one could want. Well appointed rooms, a good breakfast choice, easy access to the city by taxi or bus or only a 15 minute walk away. Located in a leafy area.

The hotel is located at a buy road junction so inevatable some trafic noise.

The hotel is located in a very pleasant building in an ideal location, central to downtown. We were next to attractions like the Roman theater ruins, cathedral, Gutenberg museum, old town, and the railway station.

I was merely stopping over for a night, so I appreciated the friendly reception, wifi and restaurant next door. I can see how some might find the restaurant staff a bit supercilious, but the cooking was excellent.

It's a bit basic in terms of facilities - bed and breakfast and not much more, though both of these were perfectly acceptable. I think it is somewhat overpriced.
